6th Annual Modular Construction & Prefabrication Summit 2015

Scott was invited to present at the 6th annual modularisation and prefabrication summit. This presentation address effective site integration and delivery.

In the process identified the maximum benefits are derived from early and clear identification of the modularisation and pre-fabrication objectives at a level where KPI's can be established for the design team. Further specific focus should be given to the module interfaces or connection points. With extensive prefabrication these become the largest, most complex and costly site scope.

Examples were also provided where modularisation, prefabrication and project wide integration was extended from the traditional structural, mechanical and piping scope and the success had with pre-cast foundations and instrument, electrical and control equipment.
